During your activity-packed day it is recommended to walk or climb to Red Rock. When hiking there are more than 20 trails available.

The pinball museum is a must see place in Las Vegas. It is subsequently produced by a club of volleyball enthusiasts in Las Vegas. It will showcase pinball's biggest collections! The property covers approximately 25,000 sq. ft. and will delight with bells, light bulbs, buttons and other gadgetry.

Plan a day to visit the magnificent Hoover Dam and Lake Mead National Recreation Areas. Hoover Dam is an exceptional engineering project in Black Canyon on the Colorado River. When you visit the dam you can easily see its construction from the 1930s to the 1960s.
Take a look at the observation area of the visitors centre's top floor where stunning views are available. Lake Mead is huge, and there's plenty of opportunity to spend a day exploring the wild. On your sightseeing trip out of Las Vegas, drive Lakeshore Road or North Shore Road to enjoy the sights.
Do a day trip to Death Valley National Park
We actually took two days off of our trip to Vegas to visit Death Valley National Park in a slightly relaxed way. But if you want it, and are willing to get out early and go late, you may want to take the day trips.
Often outdoor lovers take a trip to Death Valley that will be the most enjoyable on their trip to Vegas. If you see spectacular desert scenery at the park you will see why this National Park is an excellent choice compared to Vegas. Despite its size, it covers 3 million acres.

We have visited Vegas many times but only during the latest trip have we visited the downtown of Las Vegas. This is an interesting way to explore Old Las Vegas as an excellent Vegas activity.
The street features an indoor zipline surrounded by street performers and restaurants. Live music is free and there is a free light show every hour until 6pm. Viva Vision aims to be the most powerful digital display, and its visuals are breathtaking. Downtown Las Vegas offers good viewing areas. There's lots of photos for photographers on this page.
Enjoy the Volcano Show at the Mirage
Volcanic shows are free attractions that you can enjoy in front of Mirage on Strip. It is a great attraction on the Vegas Strip. The Fire-Water Sound Show, featuring fireballs and explosions is created by a team that designed the Bellagio fountain.
One highlight of the performance are the accompanying percussion songs of drummer Mickey Hart as well as tabla star Zakir Hussain. There is only four performances every night so come early and watch well. The Mirage is ideally situated with an aerial view and offers great views.

Bellagio Fountain shows are free attractions of Las Vegas that I will never forget, no matter when I see it. I've been looking for it since we were in Vegas. On our last visit we actually had a Fountain View room on Vdara so I saw shows many times a night without crowds!
The fountains of Bellagio combines the dancing of water with music and lights. It is situated on the human lake near the bellagio and is an absolute feast to be enjoyed. The attraction has nearly 4,800 fountains, with water reaching 460 feet.
Visit Seven Magic Mountains
It is less than a 30-min drive from the heart of the Las Vegas city centre and offers a breathtaking art installation in the desert. The huge installation was created by famous Swiss architect Ugo Rondinone and includes seven stacks of colorful boulders.
Totems are about 30 to 45 feet tall and provide dramatic presentations in neon colours. Seven magical mountains illuminate desert landscape just a couple miles away from Jean Dry Lake. You'll see his monumental sculpture, City, 70 miles from Las Vegas.
